Excellent service, prompt and very helpful with my problem. Didn t charge me a call out fee as didn t need any work doing. Would use them again if I have any problems .

Quick analysis of the fault . When you are not very knowledgable the helpful and friendly service was great.

Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.

Stuart was very friendly and communicated what he needed to do. Interacted in conversation as we all love dogs. Would definitely recommend.
